We use collected information to: • Provide and operate the AKAL AI Inc. lead management platform • Process and respond to dealership leads via email, SMS, and voice • Send automated follow-up communications on behalf of dealerships • Improve our AI models and platform features • Comply with legal obligations

AKAL AI Inc. integrates with Google Gmail API to read, send, and manage emails on behalf of dealerships. Our use of Gmail data is limited to: • Reading incoming lead emails from CarGurus and AutoTrader • Sending AI-generated replies to leads from the dealership's Gmail account • We do not use Gmail data to train AI models • We do not share Gmail data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service • Gmail data is processed in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: • Service providers: Anthropic (AI), Twilio (SMS/voice), Google (Gmail/Calendar), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting) • Legal authorities: when required by Canadian law • Business transfers: in the event of a merger or acquisition

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead and communication data is retained for 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
