Akal AI offers AI-powered automation solutions, including but not limited to:
Virtual receptionists
Chatbots for customer support and sales
Workflow automations
Communication tools integrated with third-party platforms
We may expand, update, or discontinue services at any time.
4. Payment Terms
Services are offered on a monthly subscription or one-time fee basis.
We may offer free trial periods at our discretion.
All fees are non-refundable.
Payments are due on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree that you will:
Use the services only for lawful purposes.
Not misuse the AI to create or distribute harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.

7. Intellectual Property
Akal AI Intellectual Property: Our software, AI models, branding, and underlying technology remain the sole property of Akal AI.
Client Content: Any data, information, or content uploaded by clients remains the intellectual property of the client.
AI Outputs: Clients retain ownership of AI-generated outputs, provided that all applicable fees have been paid in full.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, including for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our services.
Upon termination, your access to our services will immediately cease.
9. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation
Akal AI provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and validating results before relying on them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akal AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruptions.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
